Thank you for your trust and support of E-SHEN Technology! E-SHEN Technology, adhering to the principles of the most reliable product quality, the most attentive service, and the most favorable prices, solemnly promises to provide you with the following after-sales warranty services:
● Within one month (inclusive) from the date of purchase, if a E-SHEN Technology product or its accessories cannot be used normally due to quality problems, you can choose to return, exchange, or repair the product.
1. For returns, please send the purchased product, all accessories, and the invoice back to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will refund you the purchase price free of charge. If the returned product or accessories are incomplete, their cost will be charged.
2. For exchanges, please send the purchased product or accessories and the invoice back to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will exchange the product free of charge. If the returned product or accessories are incomplete, their cost will be charged. If you exchange for the same model, you do not need to send back the invoice.
3. For repairs, please send the purchased product or accessories back to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will repair the product free of charge. ● Within one year (inclusive) from the date of purchase, if a E-SHEN Technology product malfunctions due to quality issues, you can choose to exchange or repair it.
A. For exchange, please return the purchased product and invoice to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will replace it free of charge. If the returned product or accessories are incomplete, their cost will be charged. If you exchange for the same model, you do not need to return the invoice.
B. For repair, please return the purchased product to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will repair it free of charge.
● E-SHEN Technology industrial communication products are covered by a two-year (inclusive) warranty from the date of purchase.
● During the warranty period, you will need to pay the shipping cost to E-SHEN Technology. E-SHEN Technology will cover the shipping cost to the user or distributor. Outside the warranty period, you will need to pay the round-trip shipping costs. E-SHEN Technology will provide lifetime repair service based on repair costs.
● Products repaired by E-SHEN Technology are entitled to an additional 6 months (inclusive) of warranty service. E-SHEN Technology will provide after-sales service according to the longest warranty expiration date of the product.
● You assume all risks during the shipping process when mailing the product or accessories back to E-SHEN Technology. We recommend using the original packaging or packaging with equivalent protection to effectively reduce the risk of loss during transportation.
● You will not be entitled to after-sales warranty service in any of the following situations:
The product is past its warranty period.
Damage caused by force majeure events such as lightning strikes, water damage, or earthquakes.
Failure to use or test the product correctly as required.
Unauthorized alteration of the product's hardware or software.
Product damaged during return for repair.
Intentional damage to the product.
Products not manufactured by E-SHEN Technology.
Special Note:
1. Product Sales Date: The manufacturing date indicated on the E-SHEN Technology product warranty card shall prevail. If you cannot provide valid proof, please provide the product's serial number or contact E-SHEN Technology's technical service department.
2. E-SHEN Technology Industrial Communication Products: Refers to industrial Ethernet switches and industrial fieldbus communication network products manufactured by E-SHEN Technology.
3. Product Accessories: Various accessories included with E-SHEN Technology products, such as network cables, AC220V power cords, serial port cables, driver CDs, and instruction manuals.
