Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with internet customer service and related technologies;

2. Proficient in operating website management system backends and possessing basic network knowledge;

3. Able to keenly grasp market trends in the network communication industry and understand customer psychology;

4. Strong communication skills, diligent, hardworking, meticulous, and rigorous in work;

6. Prior experience in website development is preferred; majors in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields are preferred.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum two years of technical support experience in the fiber optic communication industry;

2. Bachelor's degree or above;

3. Familiar with PON system configuration;

4. Proficient in online problem-solving;
